Summary: Beauty and the Beast with a twist (and a wriggle)
A/N: I am seriously not making this up; in the original version of Beauty and the Beast, Beast had to ask for Beauty's hand in marriage every evening at dinner.
As for why the question wasn't triggered when they were out roughing it, the spell didn't consider 'eating cheese and bread in a cave' to be 'having dinner together,' which is why it only happened now, during a proper, formal dinner. *G* The rest of the situating is explained in the page. =^__^=
